LENS TECHNOLOGY(300433.SZ), a supplier to Apple (AAPL.US), passed the listing hearing of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CITIC Securities being its sole sponsor. Earlier market news said that the company plans to raise between US$1 billion and US$1.5 billion in Hong Kong.
LENS TECHNOLOGY provides various structural parts and functional modules including cover glass, metal mid-frames, touch modules, display modules, thermal modules, antenna modules, biometric recognition modules and wireless charging modules, as well as complete device assembly for consumer electronics, according to the latest prospectus.
Its business scope also covers smart vehicle cockpits, humanoid robots, AI glasses, XR head-mount displays and smart retail devices, with nine industrial parks in China, Vietnam and Mexico.
